As a Physiotherapist and Sports Therapist, Laura Grey employs a holistic approach to wellness and injury recovery.

After graduating from London Metropolitan University with honours in 2015, she has developed extensive knowledge in injury assessment and diagnosis, joint mobilizations, sports rehabilitation techniques, and sports massage. In 2022 Laura graduated as a Physiotherapist.

In addition to Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy, Laura also offers Dry Needling and Pilates services to provide comprehensive support for her clients. Whether you are an athlete working towards peak performance or just looking to overcome an injury and get back on your feet, Laura is well equipped to guide you on your journey towards improved health and mobility.

More About Physiotherapist Laura Grey

Physiotherapist Laura Grey graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2015 with a BSc Honours degree in Sports and Dance Therapy, a rehabilitation degree focused on sports injuries with specific rehabilitation techniques designed to get the client back to playing sports as quickly as possible. More recently, she has qualified as a Physiotherapist.

Laura has studied injury assessment and diagnosis, spinal and peripheral joint mobilisations, sports rehabilitation techniques and sports massage.

She has worked with Saracens Amateurs Rugby Club, professional and amateur tennis and golf players at Dukes Meadows, and helping people train for marathons, Iron Man, and cycling events such as the tour of Wessex.

Laura has had a keen interest in sports from a young age taking part in dancing, gymnastics, cross country and tennis, then going on to train professionally as a contemporary dancer. Laura completed her full studio comprehensive Mat Based Pilates certificate at the end of 2017.

Laura also volunteers for free clinics for people working within the performance arts with the British association of performing arts medicine.

From physio to sports therapy, massage, Dry Needling and Pilates, Laura uses a holistic approach to wellness and can help you get over your injuries.
