Kickstarter Personal Training Plan

Whether you are new to the gym, never worked with a Personal Trainer or need a push to get back into training, the Kickstart plan is for you.

At £200, the Kickstarter Training Plan includes an initial consultation with our Sports Therapist and 4 - 45 minute training sessions to get you started.* (Sessions must be used within a 3 month period.)

One-to-One Consultation with a Sports Therapist

Before beginning the training sessions, one of our Sports Therapists will conduct a 45-minute initial consultation, including a fundamental movement screening, postural assessment, and body composition test.

With a firm understanding of where you are, our Sports Therapist will match you with a Personal Trainer who will best support you in the Kickstarter plan.

4 - 45 minutes Personal Training Sessions

After your consultation with the Sports Therapist, a team member will get in touch to have a quick chat about your training programme, background and exercise history.

Physical targets are, of course, important, but unlocking a higher state of well-being is where true success lies. 

This means that your sessions don't start and end when the timer goes off. Our Trainers know each of their clients on a highly personal level. They are motivated by helping you to achieve a happier, healthier life.

Step 3: One of our gym team will get in touch to chat about your training programme, background and exercise history so that we can get you off on the right foot!

The Kickstart Training Plan offers a taster for anyone new to personal training, helping you feel comfortable in a gym environment while informing you how to use the equipment effectively and safely. 

Your Trainer will get to know you and your preferred training style and develop a tailored training plan, informed by you and your physical assessment. 

Plus, there’s no gym membership required! 

And as an added bonus, if you see your trainer - beyond your four trial sessions - for at least two sessions a week, then we'll give you free access to our gym.**

Personal Trainer, Ezgi has a passion for functional workouts and is a huge believer in strength and conditioning. Laura Gray

A London-based Physiotherapist, Laura graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2015 with a BSc Honours degree in Sports and Dance Therapy. This is a rehabilitation degree focused on sports injuries with specific rehabilitation techniques designed to get the client back to playing sports as quickly as possible. Laura also volunteers for free clinics for people working within the performance arts with the British association of performing arts medicine.
