Kickstarter Personal Training Plan
Whether you are new to the gym, never worked with a Personal Trainer or need a push to get back into training, the Kickstart plan is for you.
At £200, the Kickstarter Training Plan includes an initial consultation with our Sports Therapist and 4 - 45 minute training sessions to get you started.* (Sessions must be used within a 3 month period.)
One-to-One Consultation with a Sports Therapist
Before beginning the training sessions, one of our Sports Therapists will conduct a 45-minute initial consultation, including a fundamental movement screening, postural assessment, and body composition test.
With a firm understanding of where you are, our Sports Therapist will match you with a Personal Trainer who will best support you in the Kickstarter plan.
4 - 45 minutes Personal Training Sessions
After your consultation with the Sports Therapist, a team member will get in touch to have a quick chat about your training programme, background and exercise history.
Physical targets are, of course, important, but unlocking a higher state of well-being is where true success lies.
This means that your sessions don't start and end when the timer goes off. Our Trainers know each of their clients on a highly personal level. They are motivated by helping you to achieve a happier, healthier life.
