We offer personal training sessions in 45- and 60-minute formats, with flexible block options of 5, 10 or 20 sessions. The more sessions you commit to, the lower your per-session rate, making personal training a cost-effective way to build consistency, stay accountable and achieve your goals.
All training programmes are tailored to your individual needs, whether you're looking to improve strength, lose weight, return from injury, prepare for an event or simply feel fitter and more confident. Your trainer will create a plan that works around your lifestyle, experience level and objectives.
