We are offering a selection of both virtual and in-gym classes. View schedule & book online.

With up to 35 classes to choose from including Yoga, Mat-Based Pilates, mobility and bodyweight HIIT classes, we have something for everyone, at all levels. Working from home? Continue to enjoy the convenience of our live-streamed (virtual) classes, delivered by our fantastic teachers, directly to your home. 

Please note: Until further notice virtual classes will remain free to all existing gym members of Nordic Balance St James’s. For those members who didn't previously have access to classes please email hello@nordicbalance.co.uk and we will get you set up.
