Changes to your diet can be done in conjunction with your existing training regime, and if you’re training with one of our team, we’ll ensure that your nutritional plan fits in, to ensure that you have the energy you need to make the most of your training.

Online Food Diary

Our Nutritional Package starts by getting you to complete an online food diary, giving us a clear idea of what you eat, how often you eat and the specific breakdown of your diet.

Allergy & Cholesterol

Depending on your requirements, we may recommend an allergy test and a cholesterol test, both of which are conducted by off-site specialist independent laboratories.

BMI Measurement

As part of our assessment, we will also run a body composition test which will look at a range of factors from your weight, to your BMI, muscle mass and more.

Tracking & Monitoring

We will recommend specific changes to your diet and check the changes ongoing, with weekly telephone or in-person check-ups to ensure you are on track.
