Monthly Membership (Rolling)

This membership is a rolling monthly contract with a minimum term of a pro-rata share of the remaining days of the month, and your 1-month notice (which is paid at the time of joining). As a result, at the time of resigning, your membership will be set to expire at the end of the following calendar month.

Payment is taken on or around the 1st of every month by automatic card transaction. Any failed payments will be followed up by email and phone call.

Access to the facilities will be rescinded until payment is taken in full.

If we are unable to take payment, your membership will be immediately cancelled, and you will be required to pay the outstanding balance before resuming your membership.

6 and 12-month Gym Memberships (Paid in Full)

These memberships are paid upfront, are non-refundable, and will not renew automatically.

Freezing Your Membership

It is possible to freeze your membership for a full calendar month only. If you are within the initial contractual period of your 6 or 12-month membership, then this contractual period will be extended by the length of time (in months) by which your membership has been frozen.

Frozen memberships will automatically resume after the freeze period. If you wish to further freeze your membership (or cancel it), Nordic Balance must be contacted before the membership is due to resume.

Gym Membership Cancellation

Verbal instructions cannot be accepted for any cancellation requests. Any membership cancellations must be made in writing by the end of each month to be actioned that month, and requests received from the last day of the month onwards will be set to expire at the end of the following calendar month.

6 and 12-month memberships cannot be cancelled before the contractual period has finished.
