Gym Pass London - Offering a flexible and convenient way to stay active!

 Welcome to Nordic Balance in St James's, just a 10-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus, 15 minutes from Soho and Mayfair. Whether you're in London occasionally or regularly our gym passes offer the ultimate flexibility. Priced at just £20 per session, our passes offer seamless access to all our gym facilities. For those visiting 2-3 days a week, our 10-session pass, priced at £150 (£15 per session), delivers excellent value and allows you to use the gym ten times within a 3-month period. Enjoy the full gym experience, including our newly refurbished swimming pool with fast lane technology, spa, and fully equipped gym. Booking your passes online is hassle-free, making staying active and fit during your visit to London effortless.

Please note that gym passes must be booked online before coming to the gym. Access to the Squash Court is not included and subject to additional bookings.

Gym Pass FAQ

How much does a gym day pass in London cost? A single gym pass at Nordic Balance costs £20, or if you prefer, you can purchase a block of 10 passes for £15 per session.

What facilities are included with the gym pass? A gym pass grants full access to our facilities, including the weights and cardio studio, functional training studio, stretching studio, swimming pool, and spa.

Is there a limit to the number of sessions I can purchase with the pass? Each pass is valid for one gym session, but there's no limit to the number of times you can book a gym pass at Nordic Balance.

How long is the gym day pass valid for? A gym pass must be used on the date of your booked session and is valid for up to 3 hours from the time of your appointment. So if you book at 10am, you can use the gym up until 1pm the same day.

How long are the 10 gym passes valid?
If you buy a block of 10 passes, they're valid for 3 months from purchase. 10 credits will be added to your account. You must then book your gym slots online.

Do I need to book my gym day pass in advance? Yes, booking is required. Book your session online for convenience.

Are there discounts for bulk purchases of gym passes? Yes, we offer a discounted rate for a block of 10 passes, reducing the cost to £15 per session.

Can I access the swimming pool with the gym pass? Our gym pass grants access to the pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.

What are the gym's opening hours for day pass holders? Flexible gym pass holders enjoy the same hours as members. We're open Monday to Saturday from 6.30 am to 11 pm, including Bank Holidays and Sunday 6.30am to 9pm.

Is parking available for gym pass users with cars? Visitors may find parking on St James's Square from Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 8 pm, with a 4-hour maximum stay. Payment is required.
