Movement Screening- Away from the bike, therapists will take you through a series of movement screening exercises to highlight areas of weaknesses that can be strengthened.
Bike Set Up - You will be set up with the correct measurements, which are then recorded for future use.
6-Second Test - Your maximum power output is recorded in a 6-second power test.
70% Submax Test - Used to calculate your Functional Threshold Power (FTP), which is then used to set personalised training zones.
Pedal Analysis - From the Submax test, we also analyse your pedal stroke. This is another tool to highlight any areas of weakness that can be added to a strength program.
As an optional extra, you can also book a 30-minute follow-up appointment to review your progress.
