Conducted by our experienced team of Physiotherapists and Chiropractors, Wattbike Training Assessments include mobility, fitness tests and strength assessments, allowing you to gain insight into the progress you need to make in reaching your goals.

Movement Screening- Away from the bike, therapists will take you through a series of movement screening exercises to highlight areas of weaknesses that can be strengthened. 

Bike Set Up - You will be set up with the correct measurements, which are then recorded for future use. 

6-Second Test - Your maximum power output is recorded in a 6-second power test. 

70% Submax Test - Used to calculate your Functional Threshold Power (FTP), which is then used to set personalised training zones. 

Pedal Analysis - From the Submax test, we also analyse your pedal stroke. This is another tool to highlight any areas of weakness that can be added to a strength program. 

As an optional extra, you can also book a 30-minute follow-up appointment to review your progress.
