We offer block bookings of 5, 10, or 20 sessions in 45 or 60-minute formats. Our block of 5 is the ideal starting point: enough time to build a programme, establish consistency, and start seeing changes that make a difference to how you feel and perform every day. All blocks are valid for two months from the date of purchase.
