Our teachers are all very experienced, having worked in a range of different environments previously. We are also able to offer a more clinical form of Pilates, which is perfect for those recovering from injury. This is often done in conjunction with our Physiotherapist (although we can work with your Physiotherapist if needed).

Improve your mind and body connection, improving your overall body strength and posture by strengthening and engaging your core muscles.

Pilates sequences contribute to improved muscle tone and joint mobility. Regular practise will help you to strengthen and protect your body from injury.

A neutral spine and a tight and strong core are fundamental to improving overall balance and correcting any existing curvatures and bad posture.

Relieve Stress

Improve your body, mind, and spirit with mat-based Pilates. Take some time out and tune in with your body through a centred and controlled practice.

Laura Gray

A London-based Physiotherapist, Laura graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2015 with a BSc Honours degree in Sports and Dance Therapy. This is a rehabilitation degree focused on sports injuries with specific rehabilitation techniques designed to get the client back to playing sports as quickly as possible. Laura also volunteers for free clinics for people working within the performance arts with the British association of performing arts medicine.
