Private Pilates Class London St James

Explore your core and develop the fundamentals with mat-based Pilates. Taught in our studio lovingly called the Moose Room, we offer a range of private Pilates classes and small group classes- with a maximum of 6 people. Our teachers are all very experienced, having worked in a range of different environments previously.
We are also able to offer a more clinical form of Pilates, which is perfect for those recovering from injury. This is often done in conjunction with our Physiotherapist (although we can work with your Physiotherapist if needed).

Improve Posture

Improve your mind and body connection, improving your overall body strength and posture by strengthening and engaging your core muscles.

Tone & Mobility

Pilates sequences contribute to improved muscle tone and joint mobility. Regular practise will help you to strengthen and protect your body from injury.

Improve Balance

A neutral spine and a tight and strong core are fundamental to improving overall balance and correcting any existing curvatures and bad posture.

Relieve Stress

Improve your body, mind, and spirit with mat-based Pilates. Take some time out and tune in with your body through a centred and controlled practice.

Burcu Burcu (BB)

Originally from Istanbul, Burcu has completed pilates certification programmes at all levels and she has been teaching one to one and group classes since 2011. She studied with Balanced Body, one of the leading training course in Pilates, and Alan Herdman who is a direct student of Joseph Pilates. Laura Gray

Laura graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2015 with a BSc Honours degree in Sports and Dance Therapy. This is a rehabilitation degree focused on sports injuries with specific rehabilitation techniques designed to get the client back playing sport as quickly as possible. As part of her degree, Laura studied injury assessment and diagnosis, spinal and peripheral joint mobilisations, sports rehabilitation techniques and sports massage.
